Single start:

Each single competitor got 24 h time to run 100 rounds. If nobody reaches the top the competitor who has reached the highest piont will win the run.

A team of three:

Three competitors take part in a team- each of them has to take a minimum of 25 rounds, and of couse a maximum of 50 rounds. The fastest team will win.
Please be so kind and provide a another person for the team as an manager. So that he is able to be our man or woman for communicaton.

Tourist climb up:

A team of 100 competitors will get startet one after the other. each of them go for one round. It is possible to run twice but the ninimum of competitors is at 75. the fastest team will win.

The stairs consits of sandstone, each competitor is self responsible for waering some appropriate shoes (spikes are forbidden).
